About Duran

I grew up in Chiang Mai, spending months at a time in Thai monasteries with my father, who was deeply immersed in kung fu and meditation practices. From a young age, I was surrounded by healing traditions and cultivation arts, shaping my path into health and wellness.

Over the last decade, I lived in Europe and London, running bone setting clinics and kung fu schools — including at one of London’s top spas — where my work was featured in publications such as Forbes and Tatler. After starting a family, we decided to return “home” to Thailand, where I now run bone setting clinics across Asia and Australia.

My focus today is shifting towards training — giving people the tools to heal themselves. This is my passion: seeing real results in people, both physically and emotionally. My approach draws from years of personal development, learning directly from masters and influential teachers worldwide.

I believe in simplicity when it comes to nutrition, training, and living life — focusing on what truly works, without unnecessary complexity.

Who is this for?

This program is for people who value real health — not trends, not quick fixes. If you want to feel grounded in your body, move without pain, and understand how to keep yourself well for life, this is the place to start.

How is this different from regular fitness training?

Typical gym training focuses on building muscle or endurance without addressing joint health, fascia, and internal systems. My approach works from the inside out — freeing the joints, restoring posture, improving breath, and supporting the gut and nervous system for true, lasting health?

What’s included in the programs?

Every program includes in-person sessions, a personalised training plan, daily micro-drills, nutrition and supplement guidance, and WhatsApp support. The 3-month program adds advanced movement sequences, seasonal nutrition changes, full supplement integration,.

Where do the training sessions take place?

Most training sessions take place in Chiang Mai — either at a partnered training space or a suitable gym — depending on the client’s needs. For private clients, sessions can also be arranged at home with the right equipment.

What do I wear during our sessions?

Some comfortable clothes!  All of our treatments are fully clothed, something loose would be ideal.
